lack of response and clarify the confusion around the repair notice.

I Have received an email from cartrack that I have requested a repair which I didn't, replayed asking clarification but they haven't responded to my email even though they still send me emails to advertise. I emailed again to follow up but still nothing except they keep calling me telling me they have seen I complained on social media, but they haven't seen my email because is with the other department. Is frustrating for the same company to have 5 different people calling you every day and say they want to assist but they have no knowledge about the email which means they just choose to assist me with nothing.
