Lack of Payment

I have been trying to resolve an issue with Cartrack for almost four years. I called in nearly every day and was promised an e-mail and a call since 2018 and to date, there have been no return calls or e-mails. If I had owed you money; I am 100% sure that you would have been hounding me for your money. However; it is the other way around so you avoid engaging with me completely. I now understand why so many people complain about the lack of service. This is beyond disappointing!! SHAME ON YOU!!
