Lack of communication and unprofessional

Dear Cartracker can you please stop calling me and taking money from my account because you are not even replying to your emails. Last year I spoke to you when I wanted to cancel my contract with you since when my car was involved in car accident and it was written off was told I need to pay certain amount of which I did report that I don’t have that kind of money to pay so I will pay it until April and they agreed. To my surprise End of April this year they took my money when I ask I was told that my contract has matured. I was not asked if I want to carry on with they contract they just made decisions for me . So all Iam saying right now is please stop causing problems on my credit records because I don’t even know why you doing this because it is wrong. Just fix this mess
