Lack of assistance

Trying to get assistance from the call center but to no avail..4 phone calls chatting away for 30 min trying to get some help, call drops and they don't even phone back... two emails and yet they must still respond. Online query also no response. So I send a new business online request, and within 10 min I've received a call from a sales agent. I use to be with tracker for many years and thought that cartrack is good..nope,I was wrong.
