Lack of accountability and uselessness

I got car accident in 05/02/2025, I requested footage, as I have dash camera, till today I never received the footage, no accountability, I was left with the matter alone. I requested cancellation of the contract, they refused to cancel the contract. Now they are busy threatening me with legal actions that they are going to take. I was paying lot money for nothing. Their service I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.I feel like I was ******
