K****tso Ramathebane assisted me with the app and I’m happy with the service I got from her. I’m also happy with Jeanette Masipha and how she assisted me with checking if the device is active. However, the experience I’ve had with Cartrack has been horrible. I scheduled an appointment to fit the device on the 21st of February 2025, nobody came. They called me and I said they should give me another date and I’ll go to the Benoni branch and they should send me a date confirmation. They did not. They called me this morning (4 March 2025) and I agreed that they can send someone today. The guy came and he was so rude to me, he even told me that he’s doing me a “favour” by being here and he only came because he was in Kwa-Thema, and he told me that he’s in a rush anyway. He was very rude to me. This just makes me wonder if something happens to my car, am I trusting the right people to assist me? It has been a very disheartening experience. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone at this point.
