Kick a man when he's down.

I have been a car track client for nearly 3years and paid religiously until I was retrenched. I asked for my tracker to be cancelled as I can no longer afford the premiums. They tell me they are going to charge me R360 odd cancellation fee! How intelligent is that when um cancelling due to the fact I cant afford it anymore so how on god's green earth am I meant to afford the cancellation fee? Talk about kick someone when they're down... I will be cancelling the debit order and I will certainly never use car track again. Sad as I was planning to reactivate it when I'm working again.
