Great Service from an agent by the name of Kgomotso Vetman...she did what many agents failed to do,listening, being patient,and assisting. Now I give her a scorching 5. I've been called by almost 16 agents and they failed to understand my frustrations with the Car tracking company. She even went back as far as the inception of my contract to determine the frustrations I've undergone with this company. This is a result of poor leadership (my frustrations) Donald as a supervisor never gets back to you when you tell the agents give me the supervisor in charge, he's just an example of how all supervisors are treating all their customers. Vessel was supposed to call me too way before this review and no call has been received by me, and him being the supervisors boss clearly shows the extent of how less serious they take their own clients . ENCLOSING I give Kgomotso a 5 and all leadership from this car tracking company a 0.
