Kgomotso Ramathebane is the firts person at Cartrack who understands Customer Service. My engagement with Cartrack to date since Cartrack Unit was installed in February was certainly not a pleasant surprise. The rest of people I have engaged with regarding issues with account dies not even remotely have an idea of customer service. The challenge is they have become to big and processes and systems can’t keep up - like soelling mistakes in stationary, incomplete Tax Invoices etc.
