Karaoke Legobo was my consultant who booked my scheduling for fitment with the PE branch for a certain date. But nothing was booked on the system. I planned around what was booked telephonically and then discover when trying to make a change on the fitment address that the date and time wasn't secure. Very professional service and it's not the first time I have had issues with call centre's and the branch. There is clearly bad communication internally.
