just terrible

If there was a star less than 1 i would have choosen it. I had a upgrade done on my tracker, start prevent. worst thing i have ever done. it sometimes work and sometimes not. and if it activate the day it is working, if i deactivate it again. my radio lost all station programs, even the clock on my dash will be on the wrong time. Trying to phone and get this sorted is useless. The worst is that i had to pay R1000.00 for the upgrade. and i paid!!!!!! but still get sms's and mails that it not paid. even after i have received confirmation that it was paid and my account is up to date.
