Just got a call to report that my bike drove off while it was on bike watch, so it was basically a safety check. The agent, Bafana Buthelezi, sounded genuinely concerned, and it made me feel at ease. Ultimately, it was my husband that drove the bike, but the service and support from that call is deserving of a five-star rating.
