Just avoid Cartrack as company like they will avoid you when you need service
Installed 3 new devices on 3 cars in Feb 2021 even gave a review here. I had been paying for 4 cars from then till November 2021. Till today my issue has not been resolved. I'm waiting for my court date promised to me every 3 days since May 2022 when I stopped paying. Horrible service!
