I've received a horrible service from cartrack, firstly the device had glitches and I reported April 21 even today a techician never fixed it

I've received a horrible service from cartrack, firstly the device had glitches and I reported April 21 even today a techician never fixed it. From then ive been scheduled for a techician six times but on the day scheduled the techician never shows up and id call again for another date of repairs, same thing happens
