I've had a lot of trouble with Cartrack because of a faulty unit
I've had a lot of trouble with Cartrack because of a faulty unit. Two technicians have been to repair the brand new unit but it stopped working. Claudia Thompson sorted everything out for me in a few days and arranged for the technician to replace the unit. Claudia has saved my sanity by helping me after lots of tears of frustration and I honestly think Claudia Thompson is an exceptional asset to the Cartrack team.
