Ive got a call from a lady from cartrack with ask me to active an emergency extra setting on my mobile app, where by she clearly indicated in the voice recording the app is whe you are in danger - which danger cam be define allot

Ive got a call from a lady from cartrack with ask me to active an emergency extra setting on my mobile app, where by she clearly indicated in the voice recording the app is whe you are in danger - which danger cam be define allot. After the activation the danger she so call recall to was only for towing - medical assistance and for accident purposes only. When try to use this so called app as she refer to in voice recording “help in danger” they actually said i should call customer servise. I did make a call to customer service after spoken to more then 7 cartrack employees tjis matters was still not solve. Funny thing is after i activated this so called “in danger app” my vehicle dont even shows on my cartrack app.
