I've been waiting since the 28th of March 2025 for Technician to come ans install the 2nd device on my car since today no one came

I've been waiting since the 28th of March 2025 for Technician to come ans install the 2nd device on my car since today no one came. I tried calling the call center and I've been sent from pillar to post. I would like to terminate my contract with cartrack, am not sure whether am getting this treatment is it because am black

And also I've calling your call center requesting to speak to one of the team leaders and no one was able to transfer me to the team leader. I was kept on hold for 30 mins. Am wondering what's going to happen when I got hijacked clearly you wont be able to assist me. Please can I terminate this contract and I will look for better service provider.
