I've been waiting for their technician since 15H00
I've been waiting for their technician since 15H00. They are not responding to my emails and WhattsApp. I called them at 13H30 to check if they are still coming and they confirmed my 3pm appointment. It's now 48 minutes after the scheduled time. I am left in the dark. I've just called again to check up on them. Still waiting

17 Sept 2024, 16:12I hope you will not only clarify the matter but make sure he arrives and do the scheduled work. I've made 4 after 4pm and everyone is promising to get back to me. So far nobody has kept the promise from 011,010 and 041 numbers.
