I've been using car track for the past 7 year with both my cars I reported my car ****** 3 weeks back and they didn't manage to recover my vehicle till today, they don't even call me to update me I always have to be the one calling yet I am a paying clie
I've been using car track for the past 7 year with both my cars I reported my car ****** 3 weeks back and they didn't manage to recover my vehicle till today, they don't even call me to update me I always have to be the one calling yet I am a paying client who has never defaulted when it comes to payment. I tried apply for a recovery warranty today and I am told I do not qualify because I did not call them quarterly. Where am I going to get airtime to be calling them every 3 months yet they take money from me every month without fail, I have an app which I can locate my car now and then . I am a paying client yet I am excepted to be doing follow up every 3 months to check if their tracking device is working or now are they not suppose to be the ones calling constantly to check if their own device is working I would never recommend car track to anyone , they are a ****

I lost my car and they are unable to recover my car and it's their duty to make sure that my car is recovered. On top of that they don't update you on the progress I have to be one using my airtime requesting for a feedback from them. Now I'm told that I do not qualify for a recovery warranty because I did not call quarterly, I have to pay an Installment and then use my airtime again to test my unit? How does that even make sense?
Stop wasting your money on car track they are a ****. 7 years with them and I still get an attitude from their consultants. I'm definitely not using them with my next car and I'll advise all my family members and friends to cancel their contracts with car track
