It's unfair treatment as they never rep**** to my problem in writing. I always received calls from different employees from Cartrack and I keep explaining myself to them because I believe that they don't have knowledge or history of my case. I believe that Cartrack should appoint one person to attend my case rather than to allow anyone to call as they wish.
