its been 4 days i called and log for a repair on my cartrack still to this day no one came out

its been 4 days i called and log for a repair on my cartrack still to this day no one came out. this device is draining my battery i have to jump my car every morning because of this thing which is not right, when i call in they put you on hold for 20 mins then drop the call. i am extremely upset with these people now they want me to pay 2500 for cancelation for what😡🤬 so i must sit with a flat battery because they cant help me.........................NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN
