ITC cartrack

Never in my life have I ever experienced such horrible service from cartrack. They don't really care at all about their clients and other people's well-being. I sold my car in February. My account was in arrears made an arrangement and was granted discount. Paid the full discount and they still didn't remove the remaining balance was harassed on a daily basis by the collection department. Kept explaining my situation and they would hang up. Fast forward we in October now I'm applying for jobs and all of a sudden I'm blacklisted on ITC. They now requesting I pay R1800 just to remove my name and R3000 for my arrears and an additional R1800 to cancel my contract. Where do all these amounts come from. This is disgusting to say the most such horrible service
