Issue Resolved efficiently!

After I reported my issue with Cartrack, they contacted me first thing in the morning the next day requiring my home address so they could send technicians to come and fix my tracking device WITH NO ADDITIONAL COST! The technician arrived and worked on the car for more than 2 hours even though it was after hours. I even tested the device over the weekend while at different locations and it worked just fine! I really appreciate CarTrack's commitment to rectify their mistakes!
