*** is Wrong with Cartrack!?

Cartrack was unable to recover my Vehicle over a year ago, costing me R117,000.00

They refused to pay me out as per their promise if they couldn't recover a car.

I requested they cancel my account with them over a year ago.

They refused, stating I need to pay cancellation penalty R2000+ before I could cancel - They stated that this was because I have a unit installed in another vehicle.

Thus locking me into a contract which I'm forced to pay every single month for a service I don't use.

I've requested on numerous occasions that they cancel this contract because its utter nonsense that I must be locked into a contract with a company who refused to pay me out R117,000.00 as promised...

Yet when they want money from me, they call me every month and expect me to pay, and then added to that, when I want to cancel, they hold me ransom and continue telling me I must pay a penalty of R2000+ in order to cancel.. and this is going on for over a year now.

For a company that has Costed me over R100,000 !?
