Is this not Harassment at this point? Daily calls, with 9 calls in one day

I wish I could attach images. however how can a company call you 9 times and message you 3 times - all in one day? This is certainly not normal and have never experienced this. It is quite concerning, especially since the last time my car was tracked was last year
