Is Cartrack telling me to go F**k myself? How rude.

At 12:08, 27/09/2022, I received a call from a person who claims to be working for Cartrack he started asking questions wanting me to confirm, I was busy when he called when I told him I'd contact Cartrack myself he was so rude, telling me I can go to the very same Cartrack fitment center next time I need assistance. Why is it wrong for me to say I am busy, I feel uncomfortable sharing personal information on the phone. Maybe ask why I am not Ok with sharing my information with a person from a number I do not recognize. He must get training and understand how we feel about information.
