Is Cartrack Spam?

I cannot believe the pathetic service that I have received from Cartrack since I've signed up! My account was initially over debited, I was promised a credit by Nthatisi Matobako end of Feb which didn't happen. I then spoke to Masego at the beginning of this week whom reassured me that I will receive my credit end of this month. Now I receive an email from Cartrack telling me that I am in arrears and in breach of the contract!! Do you guys know what you are doing?!!! ?
