Is Cartrack really SA's favourite?

Took on CarTrack because it was the most loved and trusted SA brand for car tracking and recovery. It was for a small rental business I started for E-hailing drivers. In time of need they disappointed me terribly. August 2025, I called to request for roadside assistance which I had been paying for for over 6 months and they told me its not included. After having spent almost R3000 of my own money and some heavy investigating on my side, I saw that my package does include road side assistance. Escalated the matter and it has been put on hold for over a month. Do they need me to escalate them further? Very disappointed.
