Irritating and Unprofessional Call Centres
For months now, I have been getting calls from call centres on behalf of CarTrack. Today, I got fed up as one of the call centres (Name: 1Touch BPO) - agent name as per agent is Loyiso Juta who could not advise what POPIA is about. On top of that, I am a CarTrack customer, but I am getting such sales calls.
Please, can you delete my number from all these call centres or I will cancel my contract with CarTrack because I am fed up!

Received another sales call this morning at 9:17am from the same company. Agent name was Khanye Bhengu.
As per the above reply which states that my number will be removed from all marketing lists was a white lie.
Kindly provide cancelation number so I can proceed with cancelation.
