Irresponsible marketing

The company spasm you with several call one after the other until you pick up the call. Not sure how they have access to my cell number. Clearly in contravention of the POPIA act. I did not release my number to them. When I did call to speak to a manager, the call was transferred to other agents and eventually was kept on hold until I had to hang up. I understand companies are trying to grow a business but do you understand how yo impact a person who is trying to work. Do you understand that in the mist of receiving a similar experience from various other companies a person ends up receiving almost 10 to 15 marketing call a day and ignoring all calls with the situation where you ignore an important valid call.

Really bad behaviour from a company. Almost feels like harassment. Be responsible in your marketing approach please.
