Irregular costs

My contract has expired after 3 years, and my tracking unit device in the vehicle has stopped working so they say i must pay R800 to fix it since it is out of warranty, i then tell them to start a new contract because the old one has matured, I then get a call from a rude consultant saying i must pay R2500 for canceling a contract that has already expired, then 5 minutes another consultant calls saying i must R157 for canceling my contract that is now on anniversary and month to month, then i get another from another consultant saying I must pay R257, then another call talking about debicheck, then another call about fitment, I am so confused and I know another call with a different payment will come soon. Anyway It is not right to pay for a contract that has expired and these consultants are rude and don't know their policies.
