My bakkie got ****** and they could not recover it but still claim that they have a 90 % recovery rate and will pay up to 150K if they can't recover a vehicle. I submitted my recovery warranty forms and all the required documents. After waiting 60 working days for them to do whatever. the respons was that they will NOT PAY OUT THE 150 K because me as a customer did not phone them every 3 months to test my units, but back at the ranch they send me a test report monthly, when i ask for the proof of communication of my policy they haven't respond since 20 July 2025.
