Installer messed up my power steering!!!

I needed a tracker installed for insurance purposes. I contacted Cartrack and signed up. They sent through an installer on Monday who fitted the device. The car had been driven to the store and back before the installer fitted the devise. The vehicle was not used after until 3 days later. Only to find that the power steering on my vehicle was now gone. I contacted them to come investigate and resolve the issue but apparently their findings was they did nothing g wrong. The gentleman simply said his findings are final and there is nothing me or even Cartrack themselves can do, I have to take the vehicle to VW and will have to fit that bill. I find it very convenient that my power steering is broken immediately after the device was installed!!!!!!
