Installed dashboard camera in 4 of my cars

Installed dashboard camera in 4 of my cars. Only 2 are functioning and I have been calling asking them to fix it and I am not assisted whilst I am paying every month. Now one of my cars was involved in a car accident I asked for a footage I was told that the dashboard camera was faulty but attempts will be made to retrieve from the vehicle. It’s been over 3 weeks I have not heard anything from Cartrack.
