*****ing money

I am so angry because this company is a ****, last month they debited an amount of R59 from my account, when I called I was told it is a system error they will debit less of that amount this month, this month I was debited R99 instead of R40 and I reversed that debit order because I was angry, the consultant called me to say I am in errors, I told him I did that on purpose and they my fis the account, now when I checked they debited R158 instead of refunding me my money, I called again and i am being told that they will fix it month and, I want my refund you guys are bunch of ****mers. I want my refund .
