ive send numerus emails to Cartrack to send my contract that i signed in 2023, they refuse to send your contact and ignoring you.

Ive signed up for the R99 deal of Cartrack but I must pay R149 every month, and when I said no I should have credit because I signed up for the R99 package they refuse to send your contract and moved up my preemie to R164 a month even if you paid the outstanding debit order with interested they charge you more on your debit order.

Ive send more than 20 email and a lot of phone calls for my contact and every time they said no they logged a ticket and will send it, ive been struggling for 4 months as my contact already should have expired and they debit the wrong amount as I did not signed up for the R149 package
