Incorrect device
on the 4th of September 2015, i had my car tracker installed, the same day i noticed that it was an incorrect device, from Friday the 4th September till today I've been trying to get the matter solved and all the time i call in i get different people saying they will call which they don't, i once spoke to Ruth who said the matter will be solved and they are even debiting from my account, please assist
