Incorrect Debit order Amounts - No invoices sent to clients

The finance department(Debit orders) is a disaster, no invoices, no statements. Got debited different amounts every month. R518 is supposed to be the amount to be debited monthly, now I'm told it is R1155 - no explanations, WhatsApp assistants don't know whats going on with their clients. # Frustrated client
