Incorrect debit order amount

I have made arrangement with their lawyers, the lawyers refused the arranged amount and debit an amount total amount due instead of what I've arranged. this results to additional bank charges that are almost the amount equal to the monthly installment. I made another arrangement, i keep calling and requesting for arrangement and payment while it's not yet agreed date of payment and a portion has been paid.
