Incorrect debit

Cartrack service is terriblle, especially their finance department I've never had a pleasant moment with them. They always deduct incorrect amount from my account. And never respond correctly to the queries sent via email. Terrible service I would not recommend this company to any of my friends and family. I wonder what would happen should I have to claim to them if they failing to handle finances.
