I have advised cartrack to cancel my tracker in 2023 and they have refused, I called them again last month to cancel my tracker, this company keeps on sending me letters to the wrong address which I didn’t note on my policy, I have addressed this with them and asked them to amend my address and stop sending letters to an incorrect address, this is becoming irritating and frustrating, and it is against POPIA breach policy, I can’t have people from a different street and house no giving me opened letter each and every month. While I have address this with Lufuno Mavhina to stop using the incorrect address and to stop sending me letters via the incorrect address, I have notified tracker 3 years ago to cancel my contract and they have refused. I have notified tracker again to cancel my account in July.
