Inconsistent Service for repairs

Been asking for a repair they have been moving the dates around, its been a week having a faulty device that is not functional but yet paying for the service. The consultants are inconsitent with their information they keep teeling you different information, one will say you are scheduled and the next one will say you are not booked, including their Whatsapp Channel.
