Inconclusive warranty claims report from Cartrack.

My car was ****** on 11/02/2025 and it was insured by MiWay. I had a tracking unit installed by cartrack with a contract I have with them since 20/09/2023. Cartrack notified me on the same day and they couldn't find the vehicle to date. I reported the matter to MiWay then Florida SAPS on case number: 167/02/2025. After days of contacting Cartrack and lodging a claim on my warranty of R150 000, I was told that I did not adhere to the terms and conditions of the company, one in particular that draws my attention is clause 10.1.3.4 - "contact cartrack every calendar quarter to test the unit, notwithstanding any system or courtesy testing undertaken by cartrack. If notified by cartrack that the unit is faulty the client must make the vehicle available for inspection within 3 (three) working days". Cartrack can only see 2 (two) tests I made with them since the inception of the contract, I then requested them to verify with My cartrack app. Which is basically their system. Please note the above clause where it says "notwithstanding any system or courtesy testing undertaken by cartrack". I can therefore confirm that the investigation was inconclusive as my cartrack app was not verified and checked if I did test for the unit in the past months with them. It is disingenuous for cartrack to rely only on telephone contact with them were they have generated a convenient system that I can simply log in and check if the unit is working. I can confirm that I have been checking on the unit specifically using my cartrack app💔

I received a response from the CEO of escalations.

"Your claim was denied on the grounds that the unit had not been tested in conjunction with our control room on a quarterly basis. Viewing the vehicle's location on the app does not qualify as testing the unit, as it lacks the full capabilities of our recovery teams system"

This does not answer my question in relation to clause 10.1.3.4: "contact cartrack every calendar quarter to test the unit, NOTWITHSTANDING ANY SYSTEM OR COURTESY TESTING UNDERTAKEN BY CARTRACK" - What do they mean by any system?
On their cartrack frequently asked questions on the website, they've confirmed that you can test the unit using their app. and that's what I have been doing.
Something does not add up here‼️
