INCOMPOTENT STAFF AND FIRM

I cancelled my cartrack on the 7th of Feb. The "brightspark" in the call centre said i will get the confirmation of cancellation withing the hour. Yesterday i followed up, as usual cartrack did not do anything with my cancellation. This morning i get a letter to confirm it is cancelled today. This is a ploy to not refund me the additional month that these ******* deducted from a debit order, after i informed them that i made and eft payment.

I want my refund for one month as i have paid upfront and i cancelled in feb. You can also refund me the money you took by debit order this month.

In my life i have never dealt with such incompetence.

I will NEVER refer people to CARTRACK EVER.
