*********** Technicians & customer mistreatment

What a horrible service from Cartrack, I am really irritated and frustrated about the service me and my wife a receiving from Cartrack. We chose the Cartrack to be our tracking and recovery company with the confidence and believe that we will get a good service, but only to find out they don't give a damn about their clients only care about money. They send the technician for fitting into my house and the guys broke our car radio and mirrors, what an *********** personnel. We reported the matter to Cartrack even today we still waiting for someone to come and fix our car, it is now over a month waiting.

To my surprise they debited my account as if nothing is happening.

I am really disappointed and frustrated about their incompetence and mistreatment to their customers. I just want to warn everyone who are interested to choose Cartrack as their service provider to please check somewhere else, where they will value you as a customer.
