*********** Staff and faulty devices

The **** service i’m getting from Car track, i called in today because of one of my cars is not showing on the app.

I was then told the unit is faulty, mind you its for the second time experiencing such different vehicle, now what ****es me off… i was told someone will call me to arrange when they must come to fix it.

I have’nt receive any call from them! They now at 15h50 calling my wife’s number of which is suppose to be an emergency number telling her they’ve been calling me but no answer! The panic they caused her!!!

The incompetency of their consultants is beyond. Still they have’nt call me! regarding their faulty device unit
