I had defaulted with my cartrack account and they handed me over to their attorneys (Viljoen attorneys) they called me and offered me a discount and I payed the full amount of money that was in arrears but until today I cannot get a loan through my FNB private client's account, even though the amount was paid on full, I asked their consultants for a payed up letter but till to date nothing has happed, one of their consultants called me and said they will email me a payed up letter but till to date. It's been over 3 months now and my credit score is still greyed out and says defaulted on direct axis. No one has been able to assist me. When they needed their payments they would call but now no one is calling me because I need a letter that says I settled my account. I am stuck between a rock and a hard place
