The 1st debit for August was unsuccessful, they then harassed me like I was a ********. They then debited twice but sent me a threatening letter saying I was in breach of contract with a statement attached showing I was in credit. Various emails sent, no response. They debited me again last night even though I am in credit. Not happy at all with the non response, lack of customer service.
