Countless phone calls and emails to you since this message, and you STILL haven't responded to me once, let alone resolved my problem. I don't take lightly to the threat of legal action from anyone, especially in this case, as the fault lies with your own *********** accounts department. As for Mariah, I think you should send her back to high school, along with the majority of your other staff members, most of which are just as illiterate and ***********.

Now, I don't know who to thank more - hellopeter, for the response it brought about, or Sally Moeketsi at Cartrack, for the amazing way in which she dealt with the problem - but it would be unfair of me not to give credit where it's due. .. Sally, you're a diamond in the rough. Nothing changes the fact that most of your colleagues are evidently not cut out for the job, but your actions certainly went a long way to repairing the damage and my week, and if Cartrack can get more people like you, there's definitely hope. My latest (re)view of Cartrack? Perhaps not wonderful (say, 3-stars?), but certainly better than before - just sad it came down to this. Either way, thank you Sally.
