<p>I had Cartrack on a vehicle that I sold. When I purchased the new vehicle I went with a new tracking service provider. A few month after that I suddenly got threatning messages from Cartrack about monies owed to them. That was the first I heard from them since I sold my car. They never informed me that I owed them. I do not dispute that I owe them but I had no idea that I owed them at the time. Once I became aware I paid the full amount due to cancel the contract which was in November 2016. During January 2017 I received a final demand letter for amounts due to them as well as threatning sms's. I sent a mail to the correct department at Cartrack but they just ignore me. When they eventually phoned me they informed me that I still owed R528. When I asked them how that is possible they said that the amount THEY told me to pay to SETTLE the agreement excluded the last invoice of R528. Now they send threatning letters and sms's for the amount of R528.</p> <p>This is just utterly *********** behaviour in my view and I would advise anyone to not use Cartrack because of this.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
